I have always found Julie Kevner to be very beautiful, kind, sympathetic and feminine.

I so would have dated Ron Silver's character, married him and had his children! The one time Rhoda is no too bright. He had initiative at least. Benny was pretty cute. Now Carlton I could never stand. So *so* glad the Tina character did *NOT* stay around. Can't stand the actress!

Joe is insufferable low brow and not good enough for Rhoda. She settled for what she could get and backed him into a corner to marry. He's no prize and in no way is he anything but selfish.

This was a great episode but I’m starting to really dislike the theme of Rhoda getting dumped because she’s too terrific. She IS terrific. Outside of tv, if they tell you that, it’s a cop out.

Growing up I hated my nose too. I still do. This is the thing with Brenda's character she thinks she's unattractive. They started her out as frumpy, but she lost weight and dressed differently. I like the improvements. She's also cleverly funny with her lines.

The girl who plays Sandy, was one of those character actors who's name I never knew. She's been around off and on. One of the first films I remember her in is the Movie car wash. She was the secretary. She plays a cop in Steve Martin's movie spoof, My Blue Heaven.
